“Lion” Vs “Wildebeest” Who Win?
African lions have been admired throughout history for as symbols of courage and strength. These iconic animals have powerful bodies—in the cat family, they’re second in size only to tigers—and roars that can be heard from five miles away. An adult lion’s coat is yellow-gold, and juveniles have some light spots that disappear with age. Only male lions typically boast manes, the impressive fringe of long hair that encircles their heads.
Its funny how people think lions always relly on their group members or just the group in general to take down prey contrary to popular belief lions are fully capable of taking down much larger bovines on their owns especially the males which studies show they order prey anywhere from 200-550kg.
females may need help when it comes to hunting but they can take down prey on their own just depends on the size of the prey and it comes with struggle but males are exceptions and can and WILL take on much larger prey
