Tiger cubs’ diary
I have been documenting the daily activities of this tiger family for a few months in a series of videos that I shot at Zoo d’Amnéville.
During this episode: Tiger father Kantaji unwinds in the pool and spends time with his pups. Fouyou, a female tiger cub, attacked her brothers Hyun and Aran. a good time at the pool.
The chronicle of the tiger cubs’ daily activities began with their birth. They were born in a den, where they spent their first few weeks nursing and sleeping. As they grew, they started to explore their surroundings and play with each other. Their mother taught them how to hunt and provided them with food. They also learned how to defend themselves from predators. As they matured, they became more independent and started to venture out on their own. Eventually, they left their mother to establish their own territories. The diary of the tiger cubs provides insight into the life cycle of these majestic creatures.
