Ocelot Kitten Learns to Fish with Mother cat

Ocelot kitten Evita learns to fish for live trout for the first time by watching her mother, Bella, on exhibit at Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo. Evita is 16 weeks old in the video, and is the third offspring born to Bella and Brazil at the zoo.

OMG that kitten is wonderful! The habitat is amazing, especially with the live trout. For those who don’t know, its range extends to the extreme southern part of Texas and it is seen in southern Arizona, but rarely. One reason why we SHOULD NOT build border fences that isolate animal populations and obstruct access to habitat.
