“Drongo” Bird Try To Tricks A “Meerkats”

The black drongo (Dicrurus macrocercus) is a small Asian passerine bird of the drongo family Dicruridae. It is a common resident breeder in much of tropical southern Asia from southwest Iran through India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka east to southern China and Indonesia and accidental visitor of Japan. It is an all black bird with a distinctive forked tail and measures 28 cm in length. It feeds on insects, and is common in open agricultural areas.

The Drongo is the Kalahari’s greatest tr.ick.ster and the meerkats are his vi.ct.ims of tr.ick.ery but first he must win their confidence… Taken from ‘Africa’.

I love the dramatic close-up on the meerkat faces when they realized they were fooled again xD. Fantastic camerawork and editing. and drongo is one sneaky son of a bird.
