I loved watching programs about the wildlife of Africa when I was at school, in the Soviet Union. Before school, I watched lions, hippos and others on TV. I didn’t want to go to school and it seemed to me that animals live in Africa like in paradise. Children weren’t shown brutal murder scenes, and in cartoons too, hippos are all very kind.
The animal world is cruel, the old, sick and babies become victims, the strong and organized survive. But animals earn their livelihood in this way and do not kill for fun, which cannot be said about people. Man is the most terrible beast on our planet.
