North Carolina Wildlife Resources discovered a pair of orphaned bear cubs, and they were taken to the @nczoo for care. For the rehabilitation and release of orphaned black bears, NC Wildlife Resources collaborates with NC Zoo. Unknown is what became to the mother tiger cub. They are thought to be between six and seven weeks old. They are in good health and are expected to stay in zoo care to continue their training as a “bear” into the fall.
