People want to feel sorry for the lion. Well, there are countless videos of Buffalo being killed by lions, hyenas, and crocodiles! This is actually one of the few cases the Buffalo actually won.
Amazing how people are. If a lion makes a kill he’s “the king of the jungle” so powerful, so swift…blabla…If buffaloes kill a lion the refrain changes to “oh, shame, I can see him trampled, oh, poor lion….” People are conditioned to certain emotional responses fueled by centuries of repeated greatly false perceptions.
