The medium-sized, slender ochre-collared monarch, also known as the rufous-collared monarch (Arses insularis), has a long tail and a face with a noticeable blue eye wattle. He has a long black tail, back, and wings, a white belly, an orange breast, and a collar. The wings have white flecks as well.
