Love can be a mysterious thing. You never know how it’s going to turn out. That was certainly the case for me when I decided to marry my husband. I had known him for a few years before we got married and I knew him to be a kind and gentle man. But I also knew he had some issues. He had been married before, but his first marriage ended in divorce. He had also struggled with addiction in the past and was still dealing with the effects of that.
Despite all of this, I still decided to take the risk and marry him. And I’m so glad I did. My husband and I have been married for almost four years now and our relationship has been nothing short of a miracle. We work together to overcome his struggles and support each other in our endeavors. We have grown closer over the years and our love has only gotten stronger. We have been through some hard times, but have come out the other side stronger and more in love than ever.
