Flying Fish Picked Off From Above And Below
Flying fish can take strong, self-propelled jumps from the water into the air, where their long, wing-like fins allow for long-distance gliding flight.
These Flying Fish appear to be in a no-win scenario, being picked off above the surface by Frigatebirds and devoured under the surface by Dorado.
Imagine escaping prison only to discover that you constructed a tunnel into another prison; the flying fish has every right to complain about life being unfair.
Imagine spending thousands of years adapting to avoid one predator just to become the perfect prey for the next, I can’t image being alive for the sole purpose of being devoured, Thank you for like and share.
