Video Shows Adorable Beluga Whale Trying To Befriend A Seagull
For several months, a mysterious visitor has been lingering in the waters of Hammerfest, Norway– a beluga whale believed by some to have been schooled by the Russian military, from which he appears to have escaped.
Despite his alleged clandestine ops background, the beluga has shown to be incredibly outgoing.
Johansen was recently walking near the Hammerfest coastline when he noticed the beluga engaging in some unusual (but adorable) behaviors.
An arbitrary bird on the water’s surface seems to have piqued the whale’s interest, and he appeared determined to befriend her.
Johansen told The Dodo, “He kept trying to play with the seagull.” “What surprised me was how gentle he was. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
